Lauren is the editor of Sex and the Crescent City. Though more of a Charlotte, she enjoys helping the Carries of the world publish their thoughts on dating culture at Tulane. Lauren is a Junior studying English and Art History. When she’s not curled up with a book, you can find her hanging with friends, going on long walks, or planning trips to the beach!

What is The Crescent?

Founded in 2017, The Crescent is Tulane’s online lifestyle publication written by students, for students! We aim to produce content that is relevant to and representative of our student body. With over 70 staff writers, photographers, editors, graphic designers, social media contributors and marketing and sales consultants, there is an abundance of opportunity for Tulane students to develop important skills, in addition to meeting new people and creating lasting friendships!
