<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ‘coastal grandma’ trend has been a recent hit on TikTok and quickly become a sense of style inspiration for many as they begin to build their summer wardrobe. The coined aesthetic features essential pieces that style someone to fit into the idyllic New England summer. It highlights muted colors, dainty jewelry, floral patterns, and so much more. Recently, my TikTok has been flooded with a different ‘coastal’ trend–the coastal cowgirl. This evolved coastal trend brings a Western spin on the New England summer trend that was once an obsession for many. Below I will highlight a few fun ways to achieve this ‘coastal cowgirl’ look yourself! </span></p>
<h3><strong>Cowboy Hat</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A simple cowboy hat immediately makes any outfit fit this trend! There are so many simple and basic hats on Amazon that are pretty inexpensive and are a great first step at achieving this look! Many people have started wearing these hats at the beach instead of a trucker or other hats. Cowboy hats are a way to showcase both the coastal and cowgirl parts of this trend while also making for a cute Instagram picture! </span></p>

All the chosen pieces are about finding the perfect balance between coastal and Western themes. A pair in a lighter pastel color would also elevate this and bring in the coastal look a bit more!
