<p>There was certainly a lot of excitement surrounding the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as England and the rest of the world watched the happy couple fall in love. Both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stunned everyone with their ensembles, especially Markle’s Givenchy gown. Markle helped design the dress with designer Claire Waight Keller, who strived to create a timeless and elegant couture piece. Markle also wore a veil designed by Keller that embodied each distinctive flora of the Commonwealth country united in one piece. The five-meter-long floral veil was made of silk and entailed extensive research of the unique floras of each country. Markle definitely won best dressed, also wearing a special tiara from Queen Elizabeth’s personal collection: the Filigree Tiara.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, Harry walked down the aisle in his full military uniform, as he served in the British Armed Forces for the past decade. His military career ended in 2015, but he still shows his pride for his country as he insisted on wearing the uniform on the big day, following with British tradition.</p>
<p>As guests made their way into the ceremony, many celebrities and friends caught public attention with their unique outfit choices. From Amal Clooney, who radiated in a bright yellow Stella McCartney number, to Lady Kitty Spencer, who drew attention in her colorful, printed Dolce &; Gabbana piece, there were so many show stopping outfits. Clooney, who was rightly placed on Vogue’s 2018 Met Gala best dressed list, glistened in her gold-yellow colored knee-length dress, and bold colors seemed to be the theme of the night. Gina Torres, co-stars with Markle on <em>Suits, </em>wore a bright floral sheer red dress. Cressida Bonas beamed in a multi-colored dress that screamed excitement and happiness for the wedding celebration. As some guests went with vibrant, unique outfits, others chose simpler and quieter pieces. Jacinda Barrett and Gabriel Macht matched in plum colored pieces that were subtle, yet breathtaking and sophisticated.</p>

<p>Queen Elizabeth looked as elegant as ever as she attended the wedding in a Stewart Parvin floral print and lime dress. She has been known to pick bold colors; it&#8217;s rumored that she chose this color because green symbolizes growth and rebirth, signs of respect for the celebration.</p>

<p>It’s safe to say that the fashion lived up to the grandness of the occasion at the royal wedding. The happy couple was surrounded by loving guests who all showed their support and style for the glowing couple on their happy day.</p>
