Uptown on Jena Street and Downtown on Carondelet Street &&num;8211&semi; and even a bakery around the corner from their CBD spot serving fresh breads&comma; pastries&comma; and the full Bearcat menu&period;<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><span style&equals;"font-weight&colon; 400&semi;">At the heart of it all are owner James and Chef Cat&comma; the duo behind Bearcat’s success&period; James runs the restaurants with a rare combination of warmth&comma; precision&comma; and genuine hospitality&period; The staff reflect that same energy &&num;8211&semi; every server truly cares about your experience and makes sure each meal feels personal&period; That alone elevates the entire dining experience&period; Meanwhile&comma; Chef Cat brings the vision to life in the kitchen&comma; crafting dishes that are both comforting and creative&period; Together&comma; they’re built something truly special<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><span style&equals;"font-weight&colon; 400&semi;">Bearcat’s menu reflects the best of both worlds&period; One side features breakfast&comma; the other lunch&comma; and everything is cleverly divided into &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Good Cat” and &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Bad Cat” to easily find what you’re craving&period; Whether it’s a light salad or hearty egg sandwich this layout makes ordering simple and fun&period; <&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><span style&equals;"font-weight&colon; 400&semi;">Their drink selection is unmatched&period; Each morning&comma; they bottle their own lemonades&comma; teas&comma; and coffees in every flavor imaginable&period; My personal favorite drink bottle is the chai with almond milk &&num;8211&semi; it’s perfectly spiced with cinnamon without being overpowering&period; The strawberry lemonade is another must-try&colon; refreshing&comma; sweet&comma; and ideal for a hot New Orleans day&period; You can also order any drink fresh over pebble ice &lpar;which&comma; in my opinion&comma; makes everything better&rpar;&period; My go-to order is a vanilla iced latte with <&sol;span><span style&equals;"font-weight&colon; 400&semi;">almond milk &&num;8211&semi;  their vanilla syrup is made from real vanilla beans&comma; fresh sourdough&comma; eggs any style&comma; bacon&comma; avocado&comma; tomato&comma; and cheese&period; The crunch of the bread with the creaminess of the eggs and avocado makes the dish a total home run&period; 400&semi;">Lunch is equally impressive&period; Every starter is crave-worthy&comma; but the buffalo cauliflower and vegan queso are standouts&period; My favorite lunch entree is the Chicken Sumas &&num;8211&semi; tender grilled chicken served with hummus and grilled vegetables&period; The flavors are balanced&comma; bold&comma; and deeply satisfying&period;<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><span style&equals;"font-weight&colon; 400&semi;">James and Chef Cat have built more than a restaurant &&num;8211&semi; they’ve built a community&period; Every detail&comma; from the plating to the service&comma; reflects their shared commitment to genuine hospitality and thoughtfully crafted food&period;
